  • ವಿದೇಶಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಶುಲ್ಕದ ಹಣವನ್ನು ಡಾಲರ್‌ಗಳಿಗೆ ಸಮನಾದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವುದು
  • ಪ್ರಸ್ತುತ ಸಾಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಸಾದ ರ್‍ಯಾಂಕ್‌ (Rank) ಪಡೆದ ಸ್ನಾತಕ (ಯು.ಜಿ.) ಮತ್ತು ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ(ಪಿ.ಜಿ.) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಬಯಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ‘ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತ ‘ಎಂದು ನಮೂದಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಿದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲ ತಾಣ (www.kud.ac.in) ಕ್ಕೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ , SBI Online Payment option ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಮಾತ್ರ ಭರಣಾ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಾಗಿದೆ. ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪ್ರಕಟವಾದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವದ ಶುಲ್ಕವನ್ನು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
  • ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂಕಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಏನಾದರೂ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡೆ ಮಾಡುವುದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರಕ್ಕೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಮುಂಚಿತವಾಗಿ ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಸ್ನಾತಕೋತ್ತರ ಎಂ.ಎ./ಎಂ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ. ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದ ಬಿ.ಎ./ಬಿ.ಎಸ್ಸಿ. ಪದವಿಯ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಂಕ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯ ಝರಾಕ್ಸ್ ಪ್ರತಿಯನ್ನು ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವುದು
  • ನಕಲು ಪ್ರತಿ/ಹೆಸರು ತಿದ್ದುಪಡಿ/ತತ್ಕಾಲ್ ಶುಲ್ಕದಡಿ ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ವರ್ಷವಿಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಅಂತರ್ಜಾಲದ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಅಂತಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಶಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸಿ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪಡೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕು
  • ಪದವಿ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಮಾಹಿತಿಗಾಗಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ವಿಭಾಗದ ಘಟಿಕೋತ್ಸವ ಶಾಖೆಯ ದೂರವಾಣಿ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ. 0836-2215256 ಗೆ ಸಂಪರ್ಕಿಸುವುದು.
  • ಅಂಚೆ ವಿಳಾಸ: ಗೇ, ಕುಲಸಚಿವರು (ಮೌಲ್ಯಮಾಪನ) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ , ಪಾವಟೆ ನಗರ , ಧಾರವಾಡ -580003 ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ - (ಭಾರತ)

Special Instructions
  • The Foreign students shall pay the equivalent amount of fees in Indian currency.
  • Rank holders of Undergraduate(UG) and Post graduate (PG) students who have passed in the current year are required to mention as ‘Inperson’ in the application, if they want to get their degree certificate in presence.
  • The prescribed fees should be remitted through SBI Online Payment option by visiting Karnatak University website(www.kud.ac.in) to get the Degree Certificate. Further, convocation fees should be paid based on the date of declaration of final year result.
  • Any corrections in the final year statement of marks card needs to be corrected before submission of convocation application
  • The candidates have to submit Xerox copy of their B.A./B.Sc. marks cards compulsorily, for claiming their respective M.A./M.Sc. Degree certificates.
  • For availing Duplicate/Name Correction/Urgent fees Degree Certificates the candidates can apply through online throughout the year. In this regard candidates are advised to approach the Examination Section, Convocation branch for detailed information.
